Hoppy Easter

Happy Easter everyone! I hope you all have a wonderful day with family eating lots of chocolate. That’s my plan at least! In the spirit of Easter, I (of course) had an amazing time decorating my dining room with flowers and many easter eggs. It was so much fun and I’m happy with the result! 

I hid little eggs everywhere this morning and then decided to place them around the various pint glasses Adam has collected on our shelves. I think they look so fun! The tulips are also a stunning centerpiece. It makes me so happy to have fresh flowers around.

I dragged Adam to Dollarama last week insisting that we absolutely needed to buy Easter Baskets. We picked a couple out and had fun filling them with chocolate for each other. How yummy do they look…

My Mom and sister sent me a package in the mail filled with Easter goodies as well! It was so lovely to receive all the pretty baking pieces they gave me. How adorable are those bunny measuring spoons?

This was also an excuse for me to put my vintage 60s Flower Power nut dishes out. I bought these back in February when I was craving some colour and I love them! They are so cute. I have so many ideas on what I can use them for. For now, they are home to a couple of my favourite Easter treats… Unfortunately, I doubt the snacks will last for long in this house.

And now to eat some real food… I’ve been basically eating chocolate all day. Ooops? But I’m excited to go to visit my Uncle tonight for Easter dinner. Have a great day!
