It’s been a few months (I took a little break) but I’m back with another Five Faves post today! February was the month I finally came back to blogging and social media and I feel like my spark for content creation is back! I’ve been spending all my spare time planning and creating content for the year and I have a feeling that you’re going to be seeing a lot more of me.
01 | Blogging
I spent most of my free time in January writing blog posts which meant that February was the month to settle into a regular posting schedule without any stress. Having loads of content pre-written reminded me of the love I have for this little hobby. I’m really excited to keep this motivation going for as long as I can!
02 | Grace & Frankie
Have you watched this show yet?? My friend put me onto it years ago and I’ve now watched every single episode. The casting is incredible and I find myself laughing almost every episode — Adam even laughs with me if he passes through the living room at the right moment. They’ve just added season 5 to Netflix so there’s lots of catch up on.
03 | Eleanor Oliphant is Completely Fine
This book has been on my to-read list since last March and I finally got a copy from the library this month. I don’t know what I was expecting, because I hadn’t read any reviews, but I found the story to be so intriguing that I finished the book within 24 hours. As far as best sellers go, I was expecting a fluffy romance novel (which I’m always game for) and found that there was so much unexpected depth to the story. Give it a read!
04 | Making time for friends
This month flew past with a number of trips and changes (more on this later) and without the help, support and love of my wonderful friends I don’t know how I would have made it! We had a couple nacho-filled girls nights, a date to the movies and many homemade dinners this month that left me full of joy — and delicious food. I can only hope for many more months like this one!
05 | New beginnings
I don’t think I’ve officially announced the biggest change this month, but I’ve officially started a brand new job! I’m the new Digital Media Coordinator at ORB™ Toys, a global toy brand that calls Halifax home. I started the second week of February and I’ve already learned so much from the experience! In fact, they took me to New York City on my 4th day on the job for
February was a crazy month!
Talk soon,

Great job Rowan – congrats on all the projects!
Glad to see you profited from the long winter!
